Bandit Clause Comes To Town - Again Orange, CA - For the third straight year, Bandit has brought Christmas Cheer to children undergoing treatment at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). This year's visit took place Friday, December 21st 2007. “Every time I go there,” said Bandit's owner, Mark Shaffer from his San Diego home, “it's a new group of kids. Most of them have never seen Bandit in person, so it's a 'new' adventure for them. For the past four
summers,
the San Diego Padres organization has teamed up with PETCO to present the annual
“Dog Days Of Summer” event which includes an invitation for all local dog
owners to bring their dogs to PETCO Park to watch a Padre game, as well as to
participate in a pre-game parade lap around the playing field.

San Diego, CA. – Bandit entertained the crowd at the seventh annual “Pet Rescue Day on the Bay” presented by Hornblower Cruises & Events. Donations of blankets and towels were collected all day for the Helen Woodward Animal Center. In return, Hornblower Cruises & Events reciprocated, by providing each donor with a certificate redeemable for a free cruise on any one-hour harbor tour. In addition, all day long, free one-hour cruises were provided to all dogs on leashes (accompanied by their owners). Hornblower Cruises & Events is located in downtown San Diego at 1066 North Harbor Drive. As in the previous years, Bandit was invited to entertain those who waited to board.
